At Eloura Carmen, we take care to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
  • Most items are pre-order unless otherwise stated. Items marked “Ready Stock” are available for immediate shipment within 3–5 business days.
  • Pre-order items typically take 4–5 weeks to be ready for shipment.
  • As our products are customised and carefully handled by a single maker, slight delays may occur from time to time. This may be due to unforeseen circumstances such as high order volume, personal health, or other unavoidable situations.

 

Shipping & Delivery

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
  • Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service.
  • Eloura Carmen is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.
  • Customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties, if applicable.

 

After Shipment

  • For any delivery issues after shipment, please contact the courier directly.
  • Once shipped, Eloura Carmen cannot assume responsibility for delays, lost parcels, or delivery-related issues.

 

Agreement & Acknowledgement

By placing an order with Eloura Carmen, customers acknowledge and agree that:

  • The item is a pre-order and/or customised product.
  • Delays are possible and considered normal due to the nature of handmade production.
  • They have read and agreed to the terms stated in this policy before completing their purchase.
